You will not be charged when you register. We will follow up to complete the registration fee process.
All exhibitors receive the following:
Limit two people per hotel room.
A 1.8 meter table with 4 chairs is included for the exhibition hall. Space includes draped sidewalls and back with your company logo on back wall and table front. One AC power outlet is provided for basic equipment such as a laptop computer.
Your room is part of the exhibition and will be equipped with table and chairs allowing private meetings during exhibition hours. Please make your room available for meetings from 10:00am to 5:00pm. (You may make your room available earlier than 10:00am at your discretion.)
We will provide two free standing signs for your company – one external to the room and the other internal for your room. Specifications are: 600mm wide by 1.6 meters tall, four color. Artwork must be received by August 31, 2017.
Registration includes 2 exhibitor badges and 2 non-hotel guest exhibitor badges. Exhibitor badges include name, picture, and company name. Please send your personnel images to email@example.com and state whether each person is staying at the hotel or just attending the show. Please be clear about which name goes with which image.
A free dinner and entertainment are provided the night of October 17th for all exhibitors. Please wear your badge to attend.
During show hours free beer, coffee, tea, water and soda are provided. Show badge to barkeep to redeem. Limit 5 beers per day per person.
The exhibition hall is open from 8:00am to 6:00pm.
